The tool is the same; the difference is on the operations side. When you go through Respongo, you also get enterprise invoicing, dedicated support, setup and team training, a data protection and compliance assessment, and a single point of contact.
Invoicing is handled through a single enterprise agreement, so your procurement, accounting, and budgeting processes continue as usual.
Support is provided in Turkish and in your own time zone. Your requests are tracked by the Respongo team; when needed, vendor-side processes are also handled on your behalf.
