Do I need to provide my card details to use the free plan?
No. Starting with the free plan is as simple as providing your email address, first name, and last name. Nothing else is required.
Can I use isEazy Author if I've never used an authoring tool before?

How can I pay? Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made by card. Your subscription starts on the day you sign up and renews on the same day of the following month. Both credit and debit cards are accepted. If you need a different payment method, contact us — invoicing in USD through Respongo is also available.
Are there monthly or annual billing options?
Yes. All isEazy Author plans offer monthly and annual billing options. Choosing annual billing gets you a 10% discount.
Can I change plans or cancel my subscription?
No problem at all. You can change your plan or cancel your subscription before your next billing period. This can be done in just a few clicks from your admin panel.
